You are projecting a comfortable future, a satisfactory future as a cover up for today’s uneasiness. Thus idea of suffering is coined. Suffering itself ends when you just stop this cover up. Now any action (or no-action) is relaxed and conscious. You have landed yourself in a magical world.

Who created this Universe, this Existence?
This is simply a thought arising in the mind.
We have to see the limit of thinking, the function of thinking to see the total picture of Existence.
The field of senses and the field of memory and imagination is the total field, is the format of life, is the format of individual.

One is tense, stressed as one wants to feel relieved, satisfied about future, about result, about tomorrow now.
Unless one is in immediate physical danger – what one calls struggle is only through thinking. There is no struggle in actual action, in actual movement. If you notice that you are struggling through thinking only and are trying to find stable relief, struggle vanishes as stable relief through thinking is not possible.

Human being lives in pain, amenable to disease, accident, losses and so on, raises the question – why he has to?
We do not question suffering. We do not question resistance we experience in daily life. We simply go on seeking relief in the hope as if resistance, discomfort (suffering) will be undone or has been undone by the relief and we will land on a stable ground.

Unless you proceed to see the Truth, to know the Truth, to understand the Truth, whatever you have added or known or collected is a trash, is of limited value.
Science observes the phenomenon in the outer world. It is only when the investigating mind becomes a matter of investigation that the Truth is revealed.

You can not be relaxed by any positive statement, hope or solace. It is postponement of ‘what is being experienced now’. You are attuned to the resting point within when you see that (apart from immediate physical danger) all discomforts are psychological discomforts, and also when see that you are tense as you want to feel comfortable, satisfied about something, which is not Now, which can not be solved Now.

Enlightenment- the self-sustained state-is not a satisfactory, stationary state. It is activation of the brain to a new high, when it is comfortable with contradictions, negativity, uncertainty. Energy is not blocked in saving oneself psychologically. Otherwise, one is busy in putting oneself in a satisfactory slot by wishing away contradictions, negativity, uncertainty.

Human being is a complete mechanism. One is not aware of this fact. The following pages will make you aware of this fact. One shies away from the feeling of sadness, confusion, fear, uncertainty in daily life. One runs to solacing ideas or seeks relief by complaining, blaming, feeling guilty to bypass the feeling of uneasiness. Once noticed, whole energy is gathered here.

All questions emanate from the urge to know – ‘What Life is’, ‘How it is operated’, Who controls it’, ‘How it originated’, ‘Why we face pain and uncertainty’ and so on. Fundamental question is framed within you, arises within you-when you are stuck up and are not able to cover up or find a logical, rational, satisfactory explanation in respect of ‘what is happening’ or ‘what is troubling you’. All answers in the book, any answer in the book lets you touch the fundamental resistance on which life is sustained.

Study of Spirituality, that is, Fundamental Understanding about life, about death has been more or less esoteric led by religious-spiritual theories, philosophies. Despite progress in scientific, technological sphere, we are still groping to come to the Truth. How life originated or why it originated? Why we have to face pain and uncertainty? Mind tries to resolve by coining theories, philosophies.Can we see the format of life without introducing any theory? Human mind has come to the point where it does not need any philosophy about Life including religious – spiritual. It can directly see ‘what Life is’, ‘what is the format of Life’. In this seeing, he comes to the Source of Life, the Source of Intelligence.
